As confession is good for the soul, she admits the trials and tribulations of short sales coupled with the passion of helping people in need keep her motivated on a daily basis. She uses her leadership qualities and tenacity to build the strongest relationships possible with the lenders and her clients.
As the COO of Sale Experts, Inc. Sara and her negotiations team have created waves in the short sale market by continuing to obtain the “unobtainable” short sale approval by always pushing the limits.

Rhonda knows you typically only get one shot at a short sale, so she always brings her A Game. She has over a decade of expertise in the mortgage lending business, much of that emphasizing on distressed properties, foreclosures and REOs.
Rhonda definitely knows the ins and outs of the lending process. She fully understands the mortgage transaction process from “all” sides. Her pleasantly persistent demeanor, along with her dedication to total seller satisfaction has proven to be successful when negotiating with both small banks and large financial institutions alike. Rhonda’s vast experience brings along with it years of rapport building with major “Big” banks and the ability to cut through bureaucratic red tape and get the sale closed quickly for her clients.
Getting a short sale through the system in a timely manner can be a daunting uphill battle for some, but Rhonda is driven by these challenges and the rewards each successful closing brings.
As a current Broker Associate and National Trainer at Keller Williams Realty, Troy also specializes in distressed properties with Short Sale Experts, Inc. Troy was featured in Smart Money magazine as a market leader in August 2009 and has continued to excel.

Mike assists in the planning, implementing and tracking results of the marketing and social media programs and campaigns for the firm. He also supports the marketing communication solutions which includes branding, strategic planning and execution. Mike’s positive outlook and insight of life is reflected in everything he touches.
As a Brokers Associate, Mark keeps abreast on the knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, types of available mortgages, financing options, and government programs. Mark also specializes in assisting his clients through the short sale process with the utmost professionalism and care.
Mark is an avid surfer…and one thing we know about surfers is that they will go anywhere and we mean anywhere where there is great surf. They don’t care how far it may be or how limited the drive or infrastructure conditions are to get there, they will get there! Mark uses that same philosophy when it comes to short sales and his clients. He’ll always make sure his clients are taken care of, no matter how challenging of a short sale it may be!
